High Temperature (Thermal Oil) Solenoid Valve

An automatic control valve specifically designed for thermal oil systems (medium temperature can reach 300-550 ℃ or even higher), which drives the piston structure through electromagnetic force to achieve remote on/off control of high-temperature thermal oil.


Core Features

Ultra high temperature resistant design: The valve body is made of stainless steel/alloy material, suitable for media such as 300-650 ℃ high-temperature thermal oil and molten salt;

Zero leakage hard seal: metal valve core+fluoroplastic (PTFE) or metal piston ring seal, completely eliminating high-temperature medium leakage;

Anti burn coil: External heat dissipation module (such as air-cooled shell) ensures that the coil temperature is ≤ 85 ℃ to avoid high temperature demagnetization;

High pressure adaptability: The piston pilot structure supports a pressure difference of 0.1~40MPa, with an opening and closing time of ≤ 1 second.
