A pipeline control valve driven by a lifting rod, which converts rotational motion into linear thrust through trapezoidal threads and valve body guide grooves, achieving rapid lifting and full open/full close control of the gate. The gate plate is entirely covered with rubber to form an elastic sealing structure, which can adaptively compensate for the deformation of the sealing surface under medium pressure, avoiding leakage and corrosion. The bottom flat bottom valve seat design reduces the accumulation of impurities. Suitable for clean water, non corrosive liquid pipelines in fire protection, water supply and drainage, and petrochemical industries, with a working temperature of ≤ 200 ℃ and a nominal pressure of ≤ PN2.5MPa.
