The international bellows globe valve is a forced sealing valve that uses metal bellows sealing. Its core design replaces traditional packing with bellows, and achieves zero leakage sealing between the valve stem and valve cover through the elastic deformation of the bellows. It is particularly suitable for high temperature (≤ 425 ℃), high pressure (≤ 4.0Mpa), toxic, flammable and other harsh media environments.
Its structure includes a valve body, a valve cover, a bellows assembly, a valve stem, and a driving device (such as a handwheel and an electric actuator). By rotating the valve stem, the bellows is extended and retracted, allowing the valve disc to fit or separate from the valve seat, achieving precise opening, closing, and adjustment of the fluid. This type of valve complies with international standards (such as ISO, DIN, API) and national standards (GB), supports flange, welding, thread and other connection methods, and is widely used in industrial scenarios such as petrochemicals, power, food and medicine that require high sealing performance and long service life.
