Ventilation Butterfly Valve

Ventilation butterfly valve is a non sealed butterfly valve that uses a disc-shaped valve plate to rotate around the valve axis to achieve opening, closing, or regulating functions. It is mainly used for flow control of gas media (including dust, smoke, etc.) in ventilation ducts. Its design features include:

The structure is simple and lightweight, and the valve body is mostly welded with short structural steel plates or high-strength cast iron, occupying small space and easy to install;

Triple eccentric structure optimizes sealing performance, allowing for minimal leakage under low pressure to avoid particle blockage of the valve plate;

High temperature and corrosion resistance, suitable for temperatures ≤ 300 ℃, suitable for dusty or high-temperature gas working conditions in industries such as building materials, power, chemical, etc;

Supports manual, electric or pneumatic drive, with low operating torque and low flow resistance, and can quickly adjust the flow rate of the medium in the pipeline.
