Water sealed gate valve is a type of valve that uses water pressure to form a sealing barrier, specifically designed for pipeline control of high-pressure, highly corrosive, or solid particle containing media. Its core design and features are as follows:


Sealing principle and structure

Adopting a water seal structure, a sealing layer is formed in the valve cover packing chamber by injecting pressure water (0.6-1MPa) to block medium leakage;

Double gate bi-directional elastic sealing design (such as DS/Z series), flexible opening and closing and reliable sealing, supporting fully open/fully closed states.


Applicable scenarios and performance parameters

Suitable for steam turbine vacuum condensation systems, oil and gas pipelines, and chemical media (such as acid and alkali, steam) in thermal power plants, with a pressure resistance of up to 10.0MPa and a temperature resistance of 425 ℃;

It can handle gases containing particles or non corrosive substances, and the valve body material is mostly cast steel/iron, which is resistant to erosion and has a long service life.
