Digital locking balance valve is a valve with flow regulation and locking functions, mainly used for hydraulic balance control of fluid systems such as HVAC, water supply and drainage. Its core feature is that the valve core position can be mechanically locked by adjusting the opening through a handwheel or tool (such as tamper proof lead seal or password lock design), preventing unauthorized personnel from operating incorrectly and causing the flow rate to deviate from the set value. The valve body usually integrates flow scale display and pressure measurement interface, supporting precise debugging and testing. Compared to ordinary balance valves, it can maintain long-term system flow stability, especially suitable for scenarios that require strict flow management (such as hospitals and data centers), avoiding hydraulic imbalance caused by human interference, reducing maintenance costs, and improving energy efficiency.
