Quick Discharge Gate Valve

A pipeline control equipment evolved from gate valves, which achieves rapid opening and closing by driving the valve stem up and down through gear rotation of 90 °. It has the characteristics of compact structure, strong sealing, and low operating torque. The valve core guide seat and throttle hole are designed to form a vortex self-cleaning sealing surface during discharge, which is suitable for efficient impurity discharge in systems such as boilers and industrial pipelines. The material can be selected from pressure resistant alloys such as cast steel to meet the requirements of high temperature and high pressure working conditions.
